Terms of Service
Draft version: 1 October 2026
1. Who provides the service
Neoceis is the product name. The contracting legal entity, business address and support contact are awaiting confirmation. If you use an agency portal, the agency may separately supply and invoice services; its agreement should identify those services and charges.
2. Accounts and authorised use
You must be authorised to act for the business you register. Keep credentials and messaging bot tokens private and provide accurate account information. Do not access another customer’s data, bypass limits, distribute malware, send unlawful or deceptive content, or infringe others’ rights. Resellers may manage only clients assigned to their agency.
3. Service and AI outputs
The service provides AI-assisted marketing drafts, images, research and scheduled tasks through supported integrations. Review outputs before use, including claims, prices, dates, rights and suitability. Outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique or unavailable. We do not promise sales, rankings, engagement or uninterrupted delivery. Scheduling delivers drafts; it does not automatically publish social posts.
4. Subscriptions and allowances
The plan and checkout describe recurring prices and included allowances. Standard plans are billed monthly in USD; any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Allowances reset by UTC calendar month and unused allowance does not roll over. Text requests may consume multiple credits. Scheduled work uses the same limits. Provider attempts, including unsuccessful attempts after dispatch, currently consume allowance; rejected requests before dispatch do not. Contact support to dispute usage or billing.
5. Resellers and cancellation
Resellers pay Neoceis for client plans and invoice clients separately. Each client plan currently has its own subscription. A reseller cannot access client chats or credentials through its portal. Direct subscribers and resellers manage subscriptions in the billing portal; agency clients contact their agency. Cancellation at period end leaves access until the subscription ends. Inactive or unpaid subscriptions may stop the agent. Cancellation does not automatically delete stored data.
6. Content and third parties
You retain rights you hold in submitted content and authorise its processing to provide the service through our providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded or supplied material. No exclusive ownership or copyright protection in generated output is guaranteed. Messaging, payment and AI services have their own terms and availability constraints.
7. Remedies and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Refund requests must be assessed against those rights and the circumstances; this is not a blanket no-refund policy. Material changes to pricing or these terms should be communicated before taking effect and must not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
8. Contact and disputes
Support and legal contact: awaiting operator confirmation. Agency clients should first contact the agency named in their portal. Final dispute procedures and governing jurisdiction remain subject to legal review.
